Project Timelines

Revisions

Obtain necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals for filming locations.
Ensure the availability of required personnel and resources during production.
Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
Cancellation & Refunds
Deposits may be non-refundable once project planning or production has commenced.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure successful project completion, ZYNK MEDIA shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, equipment failures, weather conditions, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
